This listing is for our natural, soy wax candle featuring the “La Jolla Shores” scent (see below), and hand poured into a green painted, ceramic trinket dish, measuring approximately 4.75 inches wide, 4.5 inches long, and 2.5 inches deep. The candle has 1 ethically sourced smokeless, crackling wood wick and is approximately 8 fl oz.


The “La Jolla Shores” (pronounced La Hoy-ah) scent is inspired by a tourist (and local) favorite beach located in San Diego, one of the many inspirations that led to the creation of this beauty. This scent brings the feeling of summer and sunshine right to your home with top notes of lime, lemon, mandarin, coconut, pineapple, muguet, and jasmine, middle notes of melon, cyclamen, peach, hyacinth, rose, carnation, and narcissus, and sandalwood, white musk, and bergamot base notes.



Each candle/wax melt has been hand-poured with 100% natural soy wax and scented with pure essential oils. Each candle contains a 100% natural, ethically sourced wooden wick.



This is a handmade item. There may be slight differences in appearance with like items.


I am based in San Diego, California. Most of my items will be shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of your order. (Custom order requests should allow an extra week for processing.)

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date with Etsy and PayPal. I ship to the payment address provided and cannot accept responsibility for misdirected packages. If a package is returned to me undelivered for any reason, you will be assessed additional shipping costs and invoiced via PayPal. I will reship your package once postage payment is received.

REPAIRS:
If for any reason your purchase is in need of a repair please send me a message through Etsy. All repairs take approximately 1-2 weeks. I charge a flat rate fee of $15.00 for repair work. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees on repair work.

IF YOUR CANDLES WON’T STAY LIT:
1) The first burn is the most important - how to do it right: Give your candle enough burning time to develop a melted wax pool that goes all the way to the edge of the container on the first use - this can take up to a few hours, depending on candle size. After the first use, you don’t have to let a full wax pool form every single time, but it is ideal if you want to get the most life out of your candle. Just make sure give your jar candles a nice long burn every so often to “reset” the wax memory and prevent any tunneling.
2) Keep your wood wick trimmed short and free of charred bits. For optimal burn, keep your wood wick trimmed to about ⅛”, and clean off any burnt wood from previous use
